Toyin, trained as a pharmacist, developed a strong passion for real estate investment and now combines knowledge in building high-quality homes across Ontario. As a private lender and investor, he combines financial expertise with innovative, sustainable construction, ensuring each project meets modern buyers’ needs while contributing to long-term community growth.
Joseph Oyegbami, Director
Joseph has been in the construction industry for over 40 years, with a wide range of experience in both residential and commercial projects. He has overseen numerous custom home builds, renovations, and additions in the Greater Toronto Area, as far east as Oshawa, west Niagara Falls, and as far north as Huntsville Ontario. Joseph’s knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and project management ensures that every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Kayode has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, and business growth, expertise spans strategic analysis, an Executive MBA, and doctoral-level business administration studies. Proven success includes building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting organizations in achieving consistent growth and operational excellence.
